Building a Culture of Respect: Managing Bullying at Work (Issues in Occupational Health)

Focuses on the development of organizational cultures that promote the dignity of all employees and thereby reduce the incidence and impact of bullying. The contributors contend that this can be achieved through the creation of organizational cultures of respect and requires organizations to establish a range of integrated policies, structures and interventions. Theory is integrated with evidence and practice to present an approach that can be used to educate organizations and practitioners. Case studies are used to illustrate general principles and procedures.
