The Great Shadow

Arthur Conan Doyle (1859 - 1930) was an English writer best known for his detective stories about Sherlock Holmes. This book consists of the adventure novel "The Great Shadow" together with the selected short stories. The novel takes place in the city called West Inch during the Napoleonic era. It describes Napoleon's influence and reputation that forms a shadow over Europe.
