The Yellow Poppy

The Yellow Poppy tells the tale of the Duc and the Duchesse of Tr?lan in the aftermath of the French Revolution of 1789, when random uprisings against the Napoleon's rule were happening in the North of France. The storyline follows the adventures of an aristocratic couple as they try to return from an exile and salvage their previous domains, emphasizing themes of loyalty, honor and friendship, and portraying the atmosphere of post-revolutionary France from the nobles' point of view.
